Job summary

Indsafri seeks a senior System Integration leader to own the end-to-end integration architecture and delivery for the NAR core banking and channel modernisation programme. You will define and govern integration patterns (API, event-driven, file-based) and align with Group standards across five subsidiaries.

The role focuses on portfolio leadership, asset strategy, governance, risk management, and transformation culture, building high-performance teams and ensuring a stable, resilient IT

Qualifications

• 11 years+ of experience.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary virtual team to deliver a technical capability to a large corporate organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of assets, including target state vs transition state decisions.
• Translate bank and business strategy into an asset strategy.
• Define, maintain, and communicate asset maturation strategy and roadmap.
• Assist in realising commercial goals of the organisation.
• Develop and implement a people strategy to drive culture and values.
• Build a high-performance team with modernised skill sets.
• Ensure governance and compliance through risk practices.
• Manage consolidated portfolio backlogs with input from stakeholders.
• Ensure a stable, resilient IT environment and realisation of IT risk controls.
