You will mentor software practitioners, manage technical constraints and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in IT Architecture, IT Concepts, and Systems Analysis and Design.
• Demonstrated ability in decision making, collaboration, innovation, influencing, managing work, continuous learning, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex problems and formulate achievable, operational solutions.
• Navigate solutions through governance forums and secure acceptance from specialists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Decompose solutions, sequence work, and identify resources.
• Develop detailed designs and contribute to requirements.
• Provide guidance to software designers on lower-level designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues.
• Future-proof solutions with long-term thinking and product management perspective.
