Greys Personnel in Durban is seeking a skilled Tooling/Mould Maintenance Technician to perform routine mould maintenance, inspect surfaces, carry out repairs and handle tooling breakdowns across workshop and production areas.

You will investigate faults, implement corrective actions to improve reliability, develop maintenance procedures to minimise downtime, keep accurate SAP work orders, and train apprentices while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Tool and Die Making Trade Certificate is required.
• At least 3 years' post-trade experience in plant maintenance within manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and mould maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and machining equipment, with basic electrical knowledge.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
