Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily toll operations.
• Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented environment.
• Supervise team to ensure operational excellence and customer service.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage relationships with road users, client and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, compliance and proper administration at plazas.
