Job summary

Krugersdorp-based vacancy for a Trackless Mobile Machinery Manager at Mogale Mining site. You will oversee safety, availability, reliability and productivity of the TMM fleet, ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have Grade 12 plus TMM training, 5–8 years in TMM/fleet management in mining or heavy equipment, and at least 3 years in a supervisory role; strong leadership, KPI reporting, and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th grade with TMM training and competency certification.
• 5–8 years recent experience in TMM/Fleet management in mining or heavy equipment operations.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience with KPI reporting.
• Strong knowledge of safety, maintenance, operator management, productivity and compliance requirements.
• Computer literate and valid driver’s license.
• Stable employment record and references.

Krugersdorp: TRACKLESS MOBILE MACHINERY MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong conflict management- & team management skills
• Grade 12 + TMM related training and competency certification
• Tertiary qualification in TMM, Plant Management, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Diesel Mechanic or similar
• 5 to 8 years recent experience in TMM/Fleet management, specifically within mining or heavy-equipment operations environment a must
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in supervisory/management capacity essential, including operational reporting and KPI management
• Strong knowledge & experience in safety, maintenance, operator management, productivity and compliance requirements
• Computer literate
• Experience in managing multiple types of heavy mobile equipment, preventative maintenance and breakdown management
• Good knowledge of TMM Fleet management, heavy mobile equipment operations, mining safety regulations
• Driver's license
• Stable employment record and contactable References

Duties:

• Overall management, safety, availability, reliability, utilisation and productivity of TMM fleet at Mogale Mining site

Salary: R 30 000 - R 40 000 gross
