Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Handle telephone and email sales enquiries.
• Advise customers on suitable timber and related products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Process sales orders and invoices.
• Check stock availability and advise on lead times.
• Liaise with the warehouse regarding orders, collections and deliveries.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales service.
• Perform general sales administration and maintain customer records.
