Job summary

FOLQS, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, is hiring to own the entire TikTok Shop account end-to-end. You will drive growth strategy, manage the affiliate program, and build a scalable creator/UGC engine to fuel sales across TikTok Shop and partnerships.

You will work remotely with minimum overlap to US Eastern Time, leading partnerships and content initiatives while measuring GMV and ROI. Fluency in English and strong outreach writing are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C brands or agencies
• Has personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace plus at least one platform (Social Snowball/GRIN/Aspire/Modash/Insense)

Responsibilities

• Own the entire TikTok Shop growth strategy and define channel P&L targets
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program with creators and onboarding
• Develop a scalable creator/UGC acquisition engine for sales-driving content
• Run Folqs organic strategy including trends, cadence, and community
• Provide FTC-compliant creator briefings
• Produce performance reports focusing on GMV, orders, CAC, and ROI
• Oversee affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball/GRIN/Aspire or equivalent)
