Job summary

Tech-Keys is seeking an experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join our team in Pretoria to provide IT support to internal and external customers, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for quality service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of Tier 2 experience, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in Office 365 administration, networking, printers, Azure, and Datto, with a degree in IT being a plus and MS/MD-102 certifications desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Tier 2 IT engineer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Experience in Office 365 administration.
• Networking experience.
• Experience troubleshooting printers.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with Datto.
• Degree in Information Technology is a plus.
