Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking an experienced integration specialist to design and develop data and system integration solutions across RMB using Tibco Platform (EMS, BusinessWorks, ActiveSpaces). The role emphasizes enterprise integration patterns, architecture review, and test automation.

You will deliver solutions within guidelines, lead integration efforts, and provide production support on a roster basis, contributing to data conversion, risk management and project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology field with strong integration focus.
Proven experience in enterprise integration patterns and architecture.
Hands-on experience with Tibco platforms and middleware.
Ability to lead, influence and work independently in a bank IT environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop data and system integration solutions using Tibco platform stack.
Create integration architecture and design documents for review.
Automate regression test packs for integration components.
Provide production development support on a roster basis.
Manage risks and deliverables across projects.
