Job summary

RMB SA is seeking an Integration Developer in Johannesburg to design and develop data and system integration solutions across RMB’s business units. The role focuses on the Tibco Platform stack including EMS, BusinessWorks and ActiveSpaces, aligned with the bank’s Enterprise Integration Architecture Forum.

The candidate should have 3+ years of integration experience, 2+ years server-side development, and a solid background in EDI/ETL, message queuing and distributed transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology/IT.
• At least 3 years integration experience across multiple platforms.
• 2 years server-side development experience.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Architecture patterns.
• Experience with EDI, ETL, batch processing.
• Proficiency with Tibco EMS/BusinessWorks/ActiveSpaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data and system integration solutions across RMB business units.
• Work with Tibco Platform stack and Enterprise Integration Architecture standards.
• Review integration designs to align with architecture and ontologies.
• Plan data conversions and test data preparation.
• Provide production support and resolve issues on roster basis.
• Lead and influence development within the team.
