Job summary

RMB in Johannesburg seeks an Integration Developer to design and implement data and system integration solutions across the bank's units. The role centres on the Tibco Platform stack (EMS, BusinessWorks, ActiveSpaces) and adheres to the bank's integration architecture standards.

You will review designs, plan data conversions, and drive project progress while providing production support and mentoring colleagues. A technology degree and 3+ years in integration are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in integration across platforms and landscapes.
• 2+ years server-side development experience.
• Degree in technology-related field.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with Tibco middleware and EDI/ETL concepts.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data and system integration solutions across RMB units using Tibco EMS, BusinessWorks and ActiveSpaces.
• Review integration designs for conformance to architecture standards.
• Plan data conversion activities and report project progress.
• Prepare architecture/design docs for review by architects and forums.
• Automate test packs for integration components and provide production support.
• Lead and influence development within the team and manage risks.
