Job summary

Solutions will largely be based on the Tibco Platform product stack within RMB, which include EMS, BusinessWorks and ActiveSpaces, and using Integration standards and methodologies as defined by the bank's Enterprise Integration Architecture Forum.**Responsibilities include:** * Understanding integration requirements underpinning application requirements.* Deliver technical solutions to business requirements, within the provided timelines, frameworks and guidelines.* Review detailed integration functional design to ensure that they conform to \"as-designed integration architecture\".* Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data).* Project progress reporting to team leader and management.* Managing Integration risk and project deliverables.* Prepare Integration architecture and design documents for review by the Project / Technical Architect and the bank’s Enterprise Integration Architecture Forum.* Automation of regression test packs for Integration components, in line with agreed testing frameworks and standards.* Provide production development support on a roster basis.* Identify and solve production issues when required.## Essential Experience and Qualifications * At least 3 years Integration experience across multiple Integration platforms and technology landscapes.* 2 years server-side development experience.* Technology related Bachelor’s degree.* Able to work independently.* Demonstrate a clear and thorough understanding of Enterprise Integration Architecture patterns and best practices. These include: Synchronous/Asynchronous messaging, Message queuing, guaranteed messaging, message correlation and sequencing, distributed transactions, etc.* Data Integration: Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Extract Transform Load (ETL), batch architecture and frameworks.* Middleware Knowledge: Understanding of Message Oriented Middleware (for example Tibco BusinessWorks).* UML modelling.* Working Operating System knowledge: Windows & Linux.* Strong relational database experience (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).* An understanding of highly available, high performance, distributed architectures.* A good understanding of Enterprise Data Modelling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, etc.).
