You will design thermal management systems such as heat sinks, cooling and ventilation, perform simulations with ANSYS Fluent or COMSOL, and validate solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in thermal system design and analysis.
• Proficiency in thermal simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL).
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics principles.
• Experience with experimental testing and data acquisition for thermal performance evaluation.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermal management systems, including heat sinks, cooling systems, and ventilation.
• Perform thermal analysis and simulations using FEA/CFD tools to predict performance.
• Select appropriate materials and components for optimal thermal conductivity and durability.
• Conduct experimental testing and validation of thermal solutions.
