Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced QA/Test Analyst to join our testing team and drive quality across projects. You will estimate effort, refine requirements into test artefacts and guide the team in creating comprehensive test plans and cases.

Collaboration with internal teams, clients and vendors will be essential to identify and resolve issues and to improve product features. You will establish automation guidelines, maintain technical documentation and ensure testing aligns with

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in testing environment in a similar role.
Certified Test Analyst
Experience supervising a technical team advantageous

Responsibilities

Provide high level estimates against high-level requirements for work items.
Provide detailed test estimates for upcoming tasks for sprint or project planning.
Review and refine high-level business requirements into test artifacts.
Assist and guide team in creating, documenting and implementing test plans, test cases and test strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors to identify, troubleshoot, investigate and resolve issues and improve product features.
Establish test automation guidelines to promote test delivery efficiencies.
