Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain robust test automation frameworks for API and mobile testing. You will automate test scripts, ensure data quality in test environments, and monitor testing readiness across engagements.

You will lead and mentor junior automation testers, review scripting against standards, and collaborate with clients to optimize automated testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Perform API testing with Postman, SOAP UI and Rest Assured.
• Automate mobile testing using Appium and related tools.
• Ensure data quality in test environments and monitor status.
• Provide leadership and support for automated test creation and adoption.
• Review scripting to meet established standards and best practices.
• Install and maintain automation infrastructure and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve automation workflows.
• Mentor junior automation testers and report test delivery status.
