Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience coaching tennis, preferably at an academy or junior competitive level.
• Professional tennis coaching certification (e.g., PTR, USPTA) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of tennis technique, strategy, and player development principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with young athletes and foster their development.
• Proficiency in using technology for coaching, including video analysis tools and online communication platforms.
• Patient and encouraging approach to coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking player progress.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured tennis training sessions focusing on stroke technique, footwork, and strategy.
