• Professional tennis coaching certification (USPTR/USPTA) essential.
• Minimum 7 years in tennis coaching/management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in developing and managing successful tennis programs and events.
