Job summary

Lucy Electric is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to strengthen tendering and sales administration. You will prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and coordinate sales orders while liaising with procurement, operations and finance to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and efficient communication across teams to support sales performance and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of tendering, sales administration and order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and tender documentation in support of Tendering Manager and Sales team.
• Follow up on quotations and tenders with customers and regional managers.
• Maintain records of quotations, tenders and sales orders accurately.
• Prepare and process sales orders in line with contract requirements and quotations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Logistics on orders and lead times.
• Keep team informed of order status and delivery timelines.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on quotations, sales orders and activity.
• Support sales forecasting and input preparation for S&OP.
• Maintain customer data and pricing records in ERP/CRM systems.
• Assist with general sales and tender administration and audits.
• Support cross-functional activities including stock takes and process improvements.
