Lucy Group Head Office is seeking a Tendering Engineer to lead the tendering, quotation, and contract handover process for Lucy Electric South Africa. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure compliant, competitive tenders and successful order conversion.

The role requires extensive experience in tender governance, proactive risk management, and disciplined contract documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of tendering, contract management, and governance in a project-based environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage tendering and sales support to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Coordinate tender reviews and deadlines across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and manufacturing units.
• Prepare quotations aligned with pricing, cost assumptions, and commercial terms.
• Govern the creation and maintenance of tender and contract files, ensuring completeness and document control.
• Lead formal contract handover from Sales to Operations, confirming scope, milestones, risks, and responsibilities.
