Job summary

Lucy Group Ltd. seeks an Internal Sales Coordinator to support tendering and sales with structured administration, quotations, and order coordination.

You will ensure accuracy and governance across quotations and customer documentation, supporting effective tender execution and sales reporting. You will liaise with Tendering, Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance to translate customer requirements into accurate quotations and orders, while maintaining ERP/CRM records and generating weekly

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of tendering, sales administration and order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and tender documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow up quotations and tenders, tracking status and feedback.
• Maintain records of quotations, tenders and sales orders in ERP/CRM.
• Prepare and process sales orders in line with contract requirements and approved quotations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Logistics for delivery timelines.
