Job summary

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided leads using an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, respond to objections, and encourage qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative.

Your primary goal is to generate qualified live transfers to the sales team. This is a full-time remote position with U.S.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of telesales, outbound sales, call-centre sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or live-transfer experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain calm when consumers are impatient, skeptical, or upset.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust responses during a call.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• The ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

You will contact company-provided leads using an automatic dialer. During each conversation, you will introduce the campaign, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and encourage qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative.

You will not complete the final sale. Your primary goal is to generate qualified and accepted live transfers.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.

Required Remote Setup

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional calling environment.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign information simultaneously.
