Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Experience in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role in telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP, cloud communications and related telecom technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify technical opportunities.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Design and demonstrate customized telecommunications solutions with value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
- Provide post-sales technical support and liaison with product/engineering teams.
