The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecommunications systems engineering, strong VoIP and wireless knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Telecommunications or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP (SIP, H.323) and PBX systems.
• Experience with LTE/5G wireless and IP networking.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
• Automation scripting experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize telecom systems including VoIP and mobile networks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of wireless communication systems (e.g., LTE, 5G) is a plus.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
