Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive project management experience in telecommunications, especially fiber optics.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a national telecommunications infrastructure provider, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Telecommunications Project Manager to lead critical fiber optic rollout projects. This role is a fully remote position, enabling you to manage projects from the comfort of your home office anywhere within South Africa . You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex fiber network deployment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic technologies, network infrastructure, and deployment methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
