Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in telecommunications.
• Experience designing and executing test cases for software and hardware products.
• Familiarity with telecommunications protocols (TCP/IP, VoIP, LTE) and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases for telecom software and hardware.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure fixes don’t introduce new problems.
• Participate in product design meetings to provide QA input.
• Evaluate product performance, usability, and reliability against standards.
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on trends in quality assurance and telecommunications.
