Placements24 is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecommunications projects, from network deployments to technology upgrades. The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and stakeholder coordination, with a hybrid work setup and a Centurion office base.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, knowledge of PMP or Agile methods, and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of telecommunications projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
