Qualifications

BEng, BTech or Diploma in electronics/telecommunications or related technical discipline.
Strong understanding of telecom network architectures and technologies.
Experience troubleshooting complex telecom issues.
Familiarity with core signalling networks and IP core networks.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for telecom solutions and services.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues within telecom and IP network environments.
Assist customers with solution deployment, configuration, testing, and integration activities.
Deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagements and technical proposals.
Analyze network performance data and recommend optimization strategies.
Support Network Service Assurance and Test & Measurement platforms.
Escalate and coordinate resolution of critical customer issues with vendors and internal teams.
Maintain technical documentation, support records, and customer reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
