Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform first pass fault analysis and proactive problem identification.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Log incidents with detailed information and track progress across portals.
• Update clients on fault status and liaison with stakeholders.
• Setup conference calls between vendors and engineers as needed.
• Assist NetOps/Service managers with investigations.
