Job summary

Family Entertainment Group LLC is hiring an Arcade Technician to keep every game running smoothly and guests smiling. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, while collaborating with the Technical Manager or General Manager to implement upkeep plans.

You will also source parts, manage inventory, assist guests, and help with game setups and moves across locations, all while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing and repairing arcade hardware and electronics.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong teamwork and ability to lead a small maintenance crew.
• Comfortable communicating with guests and management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games.
• Collaborate with Technical/General Manager to implement maintenance plans.
• Source and manage game parts to control costs and track inventory.
• Communicate arcade issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly manner.
• Keep token changers and ticket stations stocked and functioning.
• Follow security procedures for tokens and assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups and improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Summary

You make sure every game is ready for action, every guest leaves with a smile, and every visit is unforgettable. From fixing games and keeping them in top shape to helping guests get back to the fun, you play a key role in delivering the ultimate entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like‑new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web‑based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
