Job summary

A leading commercial vehicle manufacturer is seeking a qualified Diesel Technician in Bloemfontein, South Africa. The role requires a Matric certificate or N3, a Trade Test Certificate, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance. You will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion and accuracy in invoicing requirements. Strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have MINIMUM of 3 YEARS Experience NOT- NEGOTIABLE.
• Previous workshop Experience with repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

• Before Maintenance or Repair Event - Secure that right information, tools and spare parts are available
• During Maintenance or Repair Event - Through well-known and described working methods and standards perform maintenance or repair on time in a correct and safe way
• After Maintenance or Repair Event - Secure minimized lead time of invoicing. Through clear description of performed work and/or communicated what needs to be done if the work is handed over to a colleague

Applicant must meet these minimum requirements

• Matric certificate or N3 or equivalent
• Qualified Diesel Technician with Trade Test Certificate
