The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical training that equips individuals with the skills required to maintain, support, or operate specific technologies, products, services, or related applications.We are seeking a passionate Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. The objective is to develop individuals’ technical competencies in line with organizational needs, ensuring that training programs are well-aligned with these requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in their technical field and strong technical aptitude. Furthermore, excellent communication skills are essential, allowing you to explain complex concepts in an engaging and clear manner.
This position is based at the Volvo Group Southern Africa Pty. headquarters and reports directly to theCompetence Development Manager of Volvo Group Southern Africa, or to any other designated manager appointed by the company. Occasional travel will be required.
