Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to develop, coach, and assess professional drivers across a diverse transport network. The role focuses on road safety, compliance, and elevating driver performance within a culture of operational excellence.

The successful candidate will deliver training, conduct assessments, and collaborate with fleet and operations to improve safety and efficiency. Travel to operational sites will be required to support inductions and on-site coaching.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Accredited Driver Trainer or Facilitator qualification is required.
• Valid Code 14 (EC) driver's licence with PrDP is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial transport or fleet operations.
• Previous experience as a Driver Trainer within logistics/transport/supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of road transport legislation, vehicle inspections, and fleet compliance.
• Experience conducting driver evaluations and performance coaching.
• Strong report-writing and administrative skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to operational sites when required.
