Job summary

Ozow is seeking a Test Analyst blending automation and manual testing to ensure high-quality fintech applications. You will work with a team of technology professionals, contributing to test strategy in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include executing test plans, automating tests, mapping requirements to test cases, and performing load/performance testing, with emphasis on quality and reliability across SDLC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with test tooling such as SoapUI, Playwright, and K6.
• Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum.
• Exposure to load or performance testing.
• Requires a 3-year IT diploma or relevant degree.

Overview

Ozow is looking for a Test Analyst with a mix of Automation and Manual skills. You will be working with a team of technology professionals, developing with modern technologies, and solving tough problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans within an agile environment
• Manage testing throughout the SDLC
• Map functional requirements to test cases
• Automate manual tests for applications
• Document and execute acceptance, regression, functional and stress testing of the system
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve test issues and application enhancements
• Risk-based testing and prioritisation
• Develop Software Test Specifications, test reports and validation protocols for unit, integration, and performance testing
• Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed
• Ensure proper version control and configuration management
• Design and create test scripts to address software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability considerations in preparation for implementation
