Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Samrand Gauteng is seeking a Technical Customer & Applications Support Supervisor to manage two departments and a cross-functional team of Application Specialists and Customer Technical Support Specialists on-site.

You will drive KPIs, ensure ISO-compliant processes, and oversee training to maintain high service standards while collaborating with Sales, Field Service and Product Development to deliver seamless support across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science / Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in people management and performance management.
• Knowledge of diagnostic instruments or laboratory workflows and experience with customer technical support systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Command Center and Application Specialist staff to meet customer needs.
• Oversees ISO compliance and training to keep processes up to date.
• Drive KPI alignment and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
• Lead large customer-facing projects, including instrument rollouts, with timelines.
