Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Johannesburg is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to translate business needs into platform solutions, bridging business and IT to drive solution development.

You will lead technical solution delivery across payment services, API design, and platform integrations while guiding cross-functional teams in an agile environment to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Business Commerce Degree is noted as preferred or relevant.
• 5–7 years of overall IT/solutions experience with 3 years in card & payments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into platform solutions as the IT-busines gap bridge.
• Share knowledge and grow technical skills within the platform services team.
• Delivery of technical platforms supporting value-added services and integrations.
• Lead relationships between feature teams and product managers to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:

• To translate the business requirements into appropriate platform solutions by acting as interface between business and IT in order to drive the solution development.


• To share knowledge and grow skills development of technical skills, platform solutions, customer knowledge and service providers within the greater platform services team.


• You will be responsible for Technical solution delivery and accountable for the delivery of technical platforms which can support the delivery of value added services, various channel integrations, integration of store of values including card and remittance, customer profile management, payment and customer services to support of customer needs in various segments


• Lead and facilitates the relationships between feature teams and product managers to deliver products and solutions on the platform(s).


• Provides subject matter expertise (SME) support to both internal and external stakeholders.


• Accountable for driving the IT backlog in collaboration with the product management teams, client experience and other areas dependant on merchant solutions and platform services
