The ideal candidate will engage with corporate clients, design payment solutions, and ensure successful implementation. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is essential, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in API integrations and payment gateways.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

• Gather, document, and analyze business and client requirements related to commercial payment solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with product managers, technology teams, and operations to define payment solution capabilities.
• Conduct process analysis and mapping to improve payment workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support the development of business cases and solution proposals for new payment products or enhancements.

2. Payment Solution Design & Implementation

• Assist in designing commercial payment solutions for corporate clients including:
• Bulk payments
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
• Real-time payments
• Corporate online banking integrations
• Support implementation of payment integrations with client ERP systems.
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet technical, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Provide input into solution architecture and system design.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Engage with corporate clients to understand payment needs and technical integration requirements.
• Provide solution guidance and support during onboarding of new clients or payment products.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and risk teams to ensure payment solutions meet regulatory standards.

4. Testing & Implementation Support

• Develop test cases and test scenarios for payment solutions.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new payment features and products.
• Identify and resolve solution issues during testing and deployment.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of commercial payment solutions.
• Analyze system data and client feedback to recommend improvements or enhancements.
• Document solution architecture, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, payment technologies, and regulatory developments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Finance
• Business Information Systems
• Banking or related field
• Certifications in Payments, Business Analysis, or Financial Technology are advantageous.

Experience

• 3–6 years experience in:
• Banking payments
• Payment systems
• Business or solutions analysis
• Fintech or financial services technology
• Experience working with commercial banking or corporate payment platforms is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of payment systems and banking infrastructure
• Knowledge of EFT, SWIFT, RTGS, and real-time payment systems
• Experience with API integrations and payment gateways
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Understanding of data analysis and system documentation
• Knowledge of SQL or data query tools is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
