Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (e.g. Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Analyst).
  • Strong hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise systems, integrations, and data solutions.
  • Proven experience writing SQL queries, developing stored procedures, and working directly with data structures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight of digital products, platforms, internal systems, upgrades, and solution changes.
  • Contribute hands-on to development, integrations, reporting, data analysis, platform enhancements, and technical troubleshooting where required.
  • Assess solution and vendor proposals from a technical, operational, data, security, integration, and long-term sustainability perspective.
  • Coordinate internal systems upgrades, platform changes, integrations, and technical initiatives where deep business input is not required, including planning for testing, readiness, implementation, documentation, and handover.
  • Help external developers, vendors, and implementation partners understand andBeyond’s systems landscape, data structures, integrations, constraints, and operating requirements so they can recommend and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure, Systems Operations, development specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are compatible, supportable, and fit for purpose.
  • Identify and escal risks relating to vendor lock-in, fragmented architecture, weak integrations, poor data structures, duplicated capability, unsupported tools, security gaps, or short-term solution decisions.
  • Support a unified digital operating model by encouraging standardisation, reuse, integration discipline, and cohesive solution architecture across the business.
  • Provide clear recommendations on solution risks, trade-offs, dependencies, compatibility, and long-term impacts.

This role sits at the intersection of digital solutions, internal IT systems, infrastructure, vendors, development partners, and business stakeholders. It is responsible for ensuring that solutions are technically sound, secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned to the organisation's broader technology direction.

The role combines hands-on technical contribution with solution oversight. This includes supporting development, integrations, reporting, platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and system upgrades where required, while also assessing solution fit, vendor proposals, architecture alignment, data structures, infrastructure compatibility, supportability, and long-term business scalability.

Your Expertise:
  • 5+ years in a hands-on technical role (e.g. Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Analyst).
  • Strong hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise systems, integrations, and data solutions.
  • Proven experience writing SQL queries, developing stored procedures, and working directly with data structures.
  • Hands-on development experience with APIs, integrations, reporting solutions (Power BI, SSRS), or modern frameworks.
  • Experience designing and working with system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
  • Comfortable working across development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Experience in architecture, IT governance, or digital transformation.
  • Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or customer-facing platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, data or security).
Skills:
  • Strong hands-on problem-solving across systems, data, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of system design, scalability, and technical dependencies.
  • Ability to plan and support system builds, changes, and implementations..
