Job summary

Hire Resolve seeks an experienced Technical, SHEQ & SDL&I Manager to take ownership of technical operations, SHEQ, and SDL&I initiatives within a dynamic environment in Pretoria.

You will lead across technical and safety disciplines, ensure compliance with SA OHS, environmental and quality standards, drive audits, risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality, SHEQ, Safety Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• SHEQ / Occupational Health & Safety qualifications advantageous.
• 5–8 years' relevant experience in technical, engineering, manufacturing, construction or industrial environments.
• Proven management experience across technical and SHEQ functions.
• Strong knowledge of SA OHS, environmental, quality and employment-related legislation.
• Knowledge of SDL&I legislation, SETA requirements and SDL&I processes.
• Experience with audits, compliance systems, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality, SHEQ, Safety Management, Operations Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years' relevant experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, construction or industrial environment.
