Job description
Provide pre-sales technical support and ensure compliance for PV projects across the region.
Lead technical discussions with key accounts and strategic partners.
Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and sales team inquiries.
Manage customer feedback, defect and claim cases, perform failure analysis, and coordinate internal problem-solving efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional laboratories, institutes, and other industry partners.
Represent Jinko Solar at industry events, workshops, and technical conferences.
Conduct market and technology analyses to support Jinko Solar’s global technical and product strategy.
Support company activities and initiatives across the SSA region.
Assist the broader MEA technical team in related operational and strategic tasks.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline; a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the solar industry, ideally within a PV manufacturer or EPC environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
