Job description

• Provide pre-sales technical support and ensure compliance for PV projects across the region.
• Lead technical discussions with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and sales team inquiries.
• Manage customer feedback, defect and claim cases, perform failure analysis, and coordinate internal problem-solving efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional laboratories, institutes, and other industry partners.
• Represent Jinko Solar at industry events, workshops, and technical conferences.
• Conduct market and technology analyses to support Jinko Solar’s global technical and product strategy.
• Support company activities and initiatives across the SSA region.
• Assist the broader MEA technical team in related operational and strategic tasks.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline; a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the solar industry, ideally within a PV manufacturer or EPC environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
