Job summary

Mincon South Africa is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth in Construction, Piling and Ground Engineering across Africa. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, supporting customers, and collaborating with Mincon's international sales network.

The successful candidate will promote Mincon's complete range of drilling and ground engineering solutions, work on projects from concept to tender, and provide technical and commercial support to regional

Qualifications

Five years of technical sales, business development or project management in construction or drilling industries.
Strong knowledge of drilling methods, ground conditions and piling systems.
Experience with contractors, consulting engineers and infrastructure stakeholders.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM for quotations, costs and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies across Africa for construction, piling and ground engineering.
Identify and secure new business with contractors, engineers and project owners.
Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors and partners.
Coordinate field trials and product introductions to validate performance.
Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams and customers.
