Technical Operations Assistant - with Experience is supporting Validation/TechOps with Administration activities
What You'll Do
- Support theTechOps documentation lifecyclefor technical systems, and may include drafting of protocols/reports, executing test scripts, and compiling validation reports.
- Coordinate and tracktechnical documentation—from version control, including updating document registers to document filling and secure archiving.
- Assist inaudit preparationby compiling evidence, maintaining compliance logs, and retrieving documents for presentation to auditors.
- Manageadministrative workflowssuch as scheduling cross-functional meetings, procuring stationery for the team, and tracking Change Management deliverables and team achievements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new Quality Management System, Document Management Systems, tools, and processes.

This position will report to the Validation Lead of Cape Town, Technical Operations, and Self Care and is based at Kenvue Cape Town plant Manufacturing.

The Impact You'll MakeAs ourTechnical Operations Assistant, you will be the operational heartbeat of our technical and compliance processes. We need your expertise inadministration and understanding of validation/qualification documentation processand to ensure that our QMS, workflows, and documentation meet the highest regulatory and quality standards. Youradministrative skillswill keep our operations running like clockwork—ensuring that no detail is overlooked; deadlines are met, and our teams have the support they need to excel.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in aTechnical OperationsAssistant role, ideally within regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or GMP regulated manufacturing).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign, Veeva DMS or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative role experience in the following validation fields are required: cleaning validation, process validation, technical documents management (Tracking, Filing and Archiving) of technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Science: Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Science/Math or relevant field of studies
