Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site raw material QC including sampling and testing.
• Lead final feed QC with representative sampling and testing.

• Manage and motivate the Quality Team and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide technical advice to customers and address complaints.
• Support bio-security and Salmonella monitoring across teams.
• Participate in study groups, train mill personnel and assist R&D.

On-site Quality Control:

• Manage raw material quality control on-site, including sampling and testing.
• Conduct standard analyses on incoming raw materials.
• Oversee final feed quality control on-site, ensuring representative sampling and testing.
• Conduct analyses on in-process raw materials and final feed.

ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Compliance:

• Develop and implement ISO 9001 and 22000 standards at mill level.
• Act as the Feed Safety and Quality Leader on-site, guiding the team to compliance.

Legal Compliance:

• Drive Act 36 and Act 101 legal compliance.
• Ensure veterinary export compliance.

Quality Team Leader:

• Manage and motivate the Quality Team, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure complete traceability of all processes followed.

Sales Team Support and Customer Care:

• Provide continuous technical advice and support to customers.
• Evaluate product performance and address customer complaints promptly.

Risk Control:

• Support teams in bio-security compliance and Salmonella monitoring.
• Report on monthly results and investigate risks.

Training and Development:

• Participate in Study Groups and train feed mill personnel.
• Engage in research and product development.
