Qualifikationen

• MSc (Agric) Animal Science with relevant experience.
• Experience with Act 27 of 2003 (Natural Scientific Professions Act).
• At least 3 years in animal nutrition.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee on-site raw material QC including sampling and testing.
• Lead final feed QC with representative sampling and testing.
• Develop and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards.
• Ensure compliance with Act 36, Act 101 and veterinary export rules.
• Manage and motivate the Quality Team and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide technical advice to customers and address complaints.
• Support bio-security and Salmonella monitoring across teams.
• Participate in study groups, train mill personnel and assist R&D.
