Job summary

Ergasia Placements in South Africa is seeking a production supervisor for a feed mill role in Bloemfontein. You will conduct quality control checks on feed ingredients and final product uniformity, and ensure production adheres to established formulas and quality standards.

The position requires a National Senior Certificate (NQF4) and a valid RSA driver's license with reliable transport; one year supervisory experience is advantageous, and knowledge of feed mill machinery is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control checks on the feed, including inspections for ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity.
• Manufacture feed according to established formulas and quality standards whilst ensuring staff perform duties as per procedure.
• Troubleshoot and address any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime.
