Responsibilities

• Accountability for maintenance schedules to keep security systems in full working order.
• Assist other leaders in project installation or support teams as needed.
• Ensure SHEQ requirements are met per standard legislation.
• Assist sales with technical design and solutions as required.
• Manage stock, subcontractors, invoicing and overhead costs in Gauteng Branch.
• Ensure contractual obligations are understood and followed to avoid penalties.
• Calculate accurate maintenance contract costs for monthly/quarterly/annual review.
• Ensure staff training and competency per company standards and safety legislation.
• Coordinate with regional stores for stock levels to support maintenance timelines.
• Maintain high-quality installation standards and proper documentation for handovers.
• Plan resources with technical coordinators for productivity.
• Serve as senior technical lead for the site.
