Job summary

QE Services IT Recruitment based in Midrand is seeking a Technical Enterprise Architect on a contract basis to lead architecture design reviews and governance across IT, OT and IoT platforms. The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise integration, networking and cross-vendor delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• TOGAF 9 or higher certification.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or technical solution delivery.
• Senior experience leading large, multi-vendor, multi-technology programmes from design through implementation, commissioning and operational handover.
• Strong technical experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise integration, networking and IT/OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess solution designs for security, performance, availability, capacity, data integrity and operational support.
• Maintain accurate architecture records, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and operational runbooks.
• Ensure production readiness, service continuity and a smooth transition into operational support.
