Job summary

APMC (Pty) Ltd seeks a Technical Enterprise Architect to provide end-to-end governance across business processes, OT, applications, integrations, infrastructure and security. You will lead design reviews, establish standards and maintain an auditable architecture decision register, ensuring alignment with approved designs and supplier deliverables.

This contract role is based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in enterprise architecture, TOGAF 9 or higher certification, CCIE

Qualifications

• Leading cross-functional design reviews and establishing design principles
• Accountable for cross-domain decisions and architecture governance
• Experience with OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity considerations
• Proven ability to produce architecture artefacts for decision-makers
• 5–8 years in Technical Enterprise Architecture and CCIE level expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and set architecture principles and acceptance criteria
• Ensure designs align with approved architecture and review new sites and interfaces
• Coordinate security requirements, whitelisting, proxies, DNS and routing across sites
• Maintain auditable architecture decisions and governance artefacts
