• 8+ years in VFX technical direction in film or games.
• Strong programming in Python, C++ or similar.
• Expertise with Houdini, Maya, Nuke and Unreal Engine.
• Deep understanding of rendering, simulation, compositing, and real-time pipelines.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership across departments.
