Placements24 is looking for a Senior VFX Artist to join our Rustenburg studio and craft high-fidelity real-time effects for our next-generation interactive experiences. You will drive visual storytelling through explosions, magic, and environmental phenomena, collaborating with engineers and designers to push visuals forward.

We expect 5+ years in game VFX with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a VFX Artist in the game development industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating a wide range of real-time visual effects.
• Proficiency in game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, and related VFX tools.
• Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and animation software is a plus.
• Excellent artistic sense, strong understanding of physics, and a passion for visual storytelling.
