FrontlineXP is seeking a WFM Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of partner technology in a hybrid Cape Town role. You will gather requirements, design integrations, and ensure a smooth transition to new workflows for frontline staff.

Join a boutique consultancy delivering innovative IT solutions with a focus on frontline efficiency. Relocation to Cape Town may be required for non-local applicants, with 8–5 office hours and 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing WFM solutions (Kronos, UKG, DayForce).
• Strong understanding of frontline worker processes and best practice.
• Hands-on integration experience with WFM systems and solutions.
• Translate complex technical requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders.
• Team player with ability to develop others to deliver outcomes.
• Flexible with prioritisation and multi-tasking.

Job Description

As a WFM Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of our partners technology. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, build and integrate the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to future ways of working. Your expertise will help clients optimise their WFM processes, improve employee experiences, and leverage exciting technology.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Cape Town approx. 3 days in the office 8-5pm. If you’re applying from another location, please be aware relocation to Cape Town will be required and would need to be arranged personally.

Key responsibilities

• Client engagement, stakeholder management and relationship building
• Upskilling on new partner solutions to become a leader of a variety of WFM software solutions
• Technical requirements gathering, scope definition and challenging current ways of working
• To-be technical, integration and end-to-end solution design
• System configuration and solution build to meet customer needs
• Data transformation and migration
• Testing, user support and iterative solution implementation
• Post implementation support to ensure solutions fully fit for purpose
• Working closely with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of consulting projects.
• Supporting the growth of our dynamic boutique consultancy across a wide variety of areas

Requirements

• Strong understanding of frontline worker processes and best practice.
• Hands-on technical integration experience with WFM systems and solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Focus on being a team player, the ability to support and develop others to deliver team outcomes
• Flexibility and good prioritisation skills with an ability to manage a variety of tasks whilst keeping things organised.
